Some Suggestions

First part is a traceover from the original image, done in something more realistic, but still very simplified in nature. If you insist on the more exaggerated 'anime' stylings, then hopefully the mockup in blue can help a bit. Seriously do not recommend going full pointed chin, but that's your choice at that point...
